Berryessa Plaza LLC purchased 62,620 square feet of retail space at 4854 W. Lone Mountain Road in Las Vegas for $4 million from EFK Holdings LLC. Dan Gluhaich of Colliers International represented the buyer.

• The Office of the Military of the State of Nevada, Department of Administration leased 1,280 square feet of retail space at 5905 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 106, in Las Vegas for 60 months and $198,664.
