$7.5 million portfolio leads Sun COMMERICAL sales list
Brokers with Sun Commercial Real Estate handled several recent multimillion-dollar deals, including an office-residential sale-leaseback.
▶ Cathy Jones, Paul Miachika, Jessica Cegavske and Roy Fritz represented CMA industries LLC and Solutions Holdings LLC in the $7.5 million sale of a sale-leaseback portfolio that included an office building and eight homes. The 69,173-square-foot portfolio is at 2975 S. Rainbow Blvd. The buyer, STORE Capital Acquisitions, was unrepresented.
▶ The team also represented 820-860 Twain LLC in its $5.2 million sale of a 57,359-square-foot retail property at 3640 Swenson St. The buyer, Swenson Properties LLC, was unrepresented.
▶ The team also handled the sale of two industrial buildings totaling 15,118 square feet at 6655 and 6659 Schuster St. The group represented seller CPI Six LLC and CPI Seven LLC in the $1.89 million sale. Justin Michaels of The Cornerstone Co. represented the buyer, Premium Produce LLC.
▶ The group represented Carmar LLC in its $1.3 million purchase of a 7,000-square-foot retail building at 2010 E. Lake Mead Blvd. David Frear and Pat Marsh of Colliers International represented the seller, 2010 E. Lake Mead LLC.
Retail deal tops at Colliers
Colliers International helped close on a number of big sales and leases.
▶ Joe Bonifatto represented Wells Fargo in care of Situs Holdings in its $5 million sale of a 100,095-square-foot retail property at 202 through 290 S. Decatur Blvd. Brixton Capital of San Diego bought the former Target site.
▶ Taber Thill, Ryan Martin and Patti Dillon represented tenant All Western Mortgage in its $2.5 million lease of 18,876 square feet of office space at 8345 W. Sunset Road.
▶ Dan Doherty, Susan Borst, Chris Lane and Jerry Doty represented Blue Bell Creameries LP in its $600,000 purchase of a 2.3-acre land parcel at Olsen Street and Eagle Rock Road.
▶ Suzette LaGrange, Brian Riffel and Tyler Jones represented Joyce LaGrange in the $455,000 sale of a 4,744-square-foot industrial property at 3985 E. Patrick Lane. The buyer was CIRTAP LLC.
Industrial sale tops at Voit
Brokers with Voit Real Estate Services worked on several large, recent deals.
▶ Kevin Higgins, Garrett Toft and Zac Zaher represented Reyburn Family Trust in its $1.75 million sale of a 16,660-square-foot industrial property at 7451 Eastgate Road. Tina Leavitt of CBRE represented the buyer, Albrecht LV LLC.
▶ The Higgins team also represented landlord Hughes Airport Realty Owner LLC in its 39-month lease of 24,925 square feet of space at 770 Pilot Road. Amy Ogden of Commerce Cushman &Wakefield represented the tenant, Page Operations, in the $1.1 million agreement.
▶ The team represented landlord The Realty Associates Fund IX LP in its 65-month lease of 13,613 square feet of space at 1111 Grier Drive. Ogden also represented the tenant, Nordis Direct, in this deal, which was valued at $469,011.

▶ Soozi Jones Walker and Bobbi Miracle of Commercial Executives Real Estate Services recently represented Sanmar Investments LLC and Healthinsight Corp., in the leasing of about 11,515 square feet of office space at 6830 W. Oquendo, Suite 102, Las Vegas. The lease is for 63 months and the transaction is valued at approximately $1,087,700.
▶ La Bonita Grocery and Meat Market leased approximately 14,955 square feet of industrial property at 4403 McGuire St. in North Las Vegas. Dan Doherty, Susan Borst, Chris Lane and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the lessor, BREPAC Nevada LLC.
▶ Boys Town Nevada Inc. leased approximately 1,805 square feet of retail property at 6935 Aliante Parkway, Suite 109, in North Las Vegas. David A. Grant of Colliers International represented the lessor, Aliante Marketplace LLC.
