BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT: Vegas Auto Gallery brings family, community to luxury vehicle market

While the luxury automotive market in Las Vegas offers upscale vehicles showcased in beautiful surroundings, Vegas Auto Gallery offers so much more. The family-owned and operated company brings a new level of customer engagement and truly is part of the community beyond the exotic car market.

Owner and President Nick Dossa moved to Las Vegas from Canada to be closer to his family and started his business.

“I just saw that there was a monopoly in the luxury automotive market here, so there were not really many choices for the locals, and there weren’t really any price adjustments. So, I wanted to come in and create a market for high-end cars but do it differently, because Las Vegas is flashy but backed by substance,” said Dossa.

“We’re the largest exotic dealer in Las Vegas, possibly on the West Coast, and probably one of the top ones in the country. We carry Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Aston Martin and any other exotic car on the market. We also offer a state-of-the-art service department.”

Their customers are from all walks of life. Some want to have a luxury or exotic car to fulfill a desire, and others are car aficionados who just want the best of the best.

“We deal with a lot of A-list celebrities as well as local celebrities. We donated a Lotus for the Cleveland Clinic for the Larry Ruvo Foundation, and Sylvester Stallone partnered with us on that. Whoever bought the Lotus got a walk-on on Sylvester Stallone’s ‘Tulsa King,’ one of the top-rated shows,” added Dossa.

Dossa believes in giving back to the community, especially the Larry Ruvo Foundation.

“What he’s done in town is so different than anybody else, having the ability to create a world-renowned clinic in Las Vegas. We all know somebody with Alzheimer’s and dementia. I am also proud to call Larry Ruvo a client as well.”

The family-owned business includes his brother, Chief Strategy Officer Reese Dossa, who helps to guide the business behind the scenes. The anchor, matriarch and mother, Sherin Dossa, a successful Realtor and businesswoman, taught her sons business acumen. She was recognized as the top Realtor in Canada in 1993 and was ranked as the 11th most successful Realtor in the world, working for ReMax.

Expanding the business, Nick Dossa recently purchased Johnny Legends, to be rebranded as Las Vegas Mitsubishi.

“It’ll be a dealership that carries a lot of price point vehicles. We will carry the Mitsubishi brand, but also carry about a couple hundred used vehicles offering sales, leasing, financing and service,” explained Nick Dossa. We’re looking at a couple of other opportunities right now.”

“We’re here for the Las Vegas community, and after what happened on One October, Las Vegas really came together as a city. We’re the official sponsor of the Golden Knights, working with Bill Foley (lead investor, chairman and CEO of Black Knight Sports &Entertainment, a consortium that owns the Vegas Golden Knights), who is also a client. We are big hockey fans and big fans of the Las Vegas Raiders. All of the Golden Knights players are clients, too.”

The secret sauce of Vegas Auto Gallery is Nick Dossa’s connections, which allow him to find pre-owned high-end and exotic cars. His client base is worldwide, but the company is based in Las Vegas, and the Dossa family embraces Southern Nevada as their home.

Most importantly, Nick Dossa credits and thanks his wife, mother and brother for always supporting him. His mother became a young widow with three young children to raise, and both brothers are so thankful for her hard work and efforts to pass down her knowledge and give them opportunities. Nick Dossa looks forward to expanding their business and continuing to give back to the community.

The Vegas Auto Gallery showroom is at 5530 Rafael Rivera Way, 725-219-0524, vegasautogallery.com
