Leslie La Combe has been with Apple Grove for over 12 years. She is dedicated to the youth and families that she serves. She has implemented several evidence-based programs in her reassessment and overview of the agency. She has worked in various departments in the agency and has brought about a highly coordinated effective working environment. Her professionalism and gentle demeanor is instrumental in her ability to supervise and carry out her duties. No matter how many different things Leslie takes on, her skills to coordinate, facilitate, organize, follow through, and to keep everyone on task has met and surpass any expectation.
She has been paying close attention to staffing numbers, overseeing COVID-19 restrictions, formulating meeting agendas, ensuring compliance with state and agency expectations, and so much more. Leslie has worked with stakeholders and community partners on many pressing issues relating to children in our foster care systems. She has the respect of her staff and is positive to work with.
