Land deals worth $1.7 million
▶ Brokers with Voit Real Estate Services guided two recent lease agreements.
Kevin Higgins, Garrett Toft and Zac Zaher represented landlord Northern Beltway Industrial Center in a 66-month lease of 58,620 square feet of space at 5406 El Campo Grande. Jeremy Green of CBRE Las Vegas represented tenant Golden Star Inc. in the $1.36 million deal.
▶ The team also represented landlord Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance in its 65-month lease of 10,264 square feet of space at 1175 American Pacific Drive. Tyler Jones of Colliers International represented tenant Healthcare 360 Inc. in the lease, valued at $389,928.
Trio of deals for Virtus
▶ Brokers with Virtus Commercial handled two sides of a recent retail lease.
Jakke Farley and Matt Feustel represented landlord 2615 Tropicana Avenue LLC in its 63-month lease of 2,750 square feet at 2625 E. Tropicana Ave., inside Tropicana Topaz Plaza. Feustel also represented the tenant, Kanemochi Inc. (Krazy Sushi), in the $305,250 deal.
▶ Virtus Commercial’s Jeff Mitchell represented tenant Verizon Wireless (Southwestco Wireless) in its 60-month lease of 7,800 square feet of industrial space at 6416 S. Arville St. Zoltan Hollo of USA National Commercial represented landlord 6416 S Arville LLC in the $291,954 transaction.
▶ Mitchell and Preston Abell represented landlord Eagle Group in a 64-month lease of 1,131 square feet of retail space at 4480 Paradise Road. Dave Neuenkrich represented tenant Marketing Guruss Inc. The deal was valued at $305,370.
Other leases of note
▶ U.S. Rep. Dina Titus has leased 2,748 square feet of office space at 550 W. Charleston Blvd, Suite B, Las Vegas. Soozi Jones Walker and Bobbi Miracle of Commercial Executives Real Estate Services represented the lessor, Peto Family Trust. The lease is for 24 months and the transaction is valued at $92,332.
▶ CrossFit Force LLC has leased 2,196 square feet of retail space in the Fort Apache Twain Shopping Center at 3665 S. Fort Apache Road, Suite 104, Las Vegas. Toby Tobler of Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, Twin 168 LLC, in the 63-month deal valued at $154, 164. Erik Sexton of Sperry Van Ness represented the lessee.
