CBRE arranged 12 lease transactions at Hughes Airport Center for a portfolio of properties owned by a joint venture of Oaktree Capital and CIP Real Estate.
The leases, transacted over nine months, represented more than 148,000 of new occupancy at the center on Pilot Road near the airport and were valued at $8.56 million.
Geotab leased 25,615 square feet for $1.88 million; CanvasPop leased 24,665 square feet for $1.03 million; Medical Transportation Management leased 15,033 square feet for $1.02 million; Climatec leased 10,353 square feet for $813,320; Credit One Bank leased 17,493 square feet for $729,767; North American Video leased 15,299 square feet for $695,363; Harris Consulting Engineers leased 8,048 square feet for $622,223; Action Link, leased 12,333 square feet for $437,553; VeriFone Inc. leased 3,046 square feet for $374,496; LabCorp of America leased 7,775 square feet for $370,551; and Harman International leased 3,025 square feet for 198,107.
SALES OF SIGNIFICANCE
• Mosaic Land Fund and Mosaic Three purchased a 2.5-acre land parcel near Gomer Road and Fort Apache Road in Las Vegas from James Jae and Eun A. Park for $650,000. Vince Schettler of Colliers International represented Mosaic.
• The Kushrow Roohani Family Trust purchased a 1.93-acre land parcel at 9575 S. Decatur Blvd. in Las Vegas for $555,000. Vince Schettler of Colliers International represented the seller, Mosaic Land Fund and Investor Equity Homes.
