Las Vegas-based Holman’s of Nevada Inc.’s Autodesk Software division was recently acquired by Advanced Solutions Design Software LLC, an Autodesk Platinum Partner and authorized training center.
Holman’s surveying and computer services divisions will continue to operate under the brand.
“We’re looking forward to this opportunity to build upon Holman’s, over 30 years of Autodesk history, with the strength of what Advanced Solutions can bring to the team,” said Holman’s of Nevada President and CEO Deric Hill.
Holman’s has been an authorized reseller of Autodesk for more than 30 years. It was founded in 1977 and is one of the first outlets to become an authorized dealer. Autodesk was the designer of AutoCAD software in 1982. It continues to deploy 3-D design, engineering and entertainment software for the professional market.
Advanced Solutions will continue to service Holman’s customer base of government, architecture, engineering and construction firms.

Advanced Solutions Inc., parent company of Advanced Solutions Design Software, is based in Lousville, Kentucky.
