Sales of significance

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas Board of Regents purchased 42 acres of vacant land on Tropicana Avenue east of Koval Lane in Las Vegas for $50 million. Mike Mixer, of Colliers International, represented the seller, Redus ALK LLC.

Security Properties Inc. purchased the 296-unit Black Mountain Villas multifamily property at 540 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway in Henderson for $48.2 million. Tom Naseef, Garry Cuff and Jeff Naseef of Colliers International represented the seller, BMA Parcel 2 LLC.

KB Homes purchased 14 acres of residential land on the southwest corner of Patrick Lane and Jerry Tarkanian Way in Las Vegas for $5.81 million. Scott Gragson and Robert Torres of Colliers International represented the seller, GKT 4.
