The AW Family Trust purchased the 21,639 square foot Silverado Auto Plaza retail center at 1280, 1310, and 1340 E. Silverado Ranch Blvd. for $8.95 million. Chris Emanuel and John Blommer of Virtus Commercial represented the seller, Silverado Auto Partners.
Chris Emanuel and John Blommer represented DSP 1 LLC in the $8.3 million sale of Durango Springs Plaza to the AW Family Trust. The 15,800 square foot retail center is at 8520-8550 W. Warm Springs Road in Las Vegas.
IPX as QI for Riviera Shopping Center Ltd. purchased the 100 unit Terravita Apartment complex at 3949 N. Nellis Blvd. in Las Vegas for $6 million. The seller was IPX as QU ABJ Group Enterprises LLC. Robin Willet of NAIVegas’ Sauter Multifamily Group represented both parties.
CARE Holdings LLC et al. purchased the 39,600 square foot Stewart Square Shopping Center at 235 N. Eastern Ave. in Las Vegas for $5.7 million. Chris Emanuel and John Blommer of Virtus Commercial represented the seller, Partch-Lebovitz Family Trust LLC.

Burlington Coat Factory of Nevada LLC leased the 50,000 square-foot retail space at 2189 W. Craig Road in North Las Vegas for $6.125 million from Brixton Craig LLC for 120 months. Jeff Mitchell and Joe Cooley of Virtus Commercial represented the tenant and Bob Touma and Chuck Creigh of New Market Advisors represented the landlord.
TIH Aug.a Park LLC leased 14,533 square feet of office space at Aug.a Park at 1489 W. Warm Springs Road, Suite 110, in Henderson for $1.587 million from Premier Business Centers. Chris Emanuel of Virtus Commercial represented TIH in the 84-month lease.
Quickee Burger leased 500 square feet of retail space at 8816 S. Eastern Ave. in Las Vegas for $99,336 from the Joken Co. Matthew Nelson of J.A. Kennedy Real Estate Co. represented the landlord and Jakke Farley of Virtus Commercial represented the tenant in the 60-month sublease.
Skycream LLC leased 736 square feet of retail space at 40 Costa Di Lago, Suite 130, in Henderson for $83,079 for 65 months. Antony Augay of Urban Next represented Skycream and Robert S. Hatrak II of Virtus Commercial represented the landlord, Signal Butte Investors LLC.
S & S Enterprises smoke shop leased 1,324 square feet of retail space at Cheyenne Point, 2235 E. Cheyenne Ave. Suite D-140, in North Las Vegas from Medford Capital LLC for $80,104 for 40 months. Andrew Fehrman and Jeff Mitchell of Virtus Commercial represented the landlord and Maha Madanat of Century 21 represented the tenant.
NV Network Insurance leased 900 square feet of retail space in The Grove at 445 W. Craig Road, Suite 104, in North Las Vegas for 38 months from High Valley VI LLC. Jakke Farley of Virtus Commercial represented the landlord and Alma Catalan of Desert Vision Realty represented the tenant.

Gene’s Lock and Security leased a 2,700 square feet stand-alone building and adjacent parcel at 185 West Lake Mead Parkway in Henderson from Lake Mush Real Estate Holding Co. Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop franchisee Vegas Cap 7 LLC signed a 10-year lease for 1,800 square feet of retail space on the northwest corner of Blue Diamond Road and Decatur Boulevard. J Dapper and Andrea Catalano of Dapper Companies represented the landlord, Ten15 Blue Diamond Decatur LLC, a Dapper Companies entity. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Partch-Lebovitz Family Trust LLC assigned the 3,600 square foot retail space at 235 N. Eastern Avenue, Suite 124, to Costello Marketing and Muddy Mutts LLC renewed its lease in the space for 66 months for $353,160. Chris Emanuel and Kammy Bridge of Virtus Commercial represented Partch-Lebovitz in the deal.
