This sale consisted of 32 units built in 1954, located at 2500 E. Fremont St. The property was delivered vacant at time of sale. This transaction closed on July 19. Northcap Commercial represented the seller, TC Chatish 2006 Revocable Living Trust, and procured the buyers, Boulevard Motel Group LLC.
