• A+H Properties LLC purchased the 2,100 square-foot SBUX Martin Luther King/Mount Mariah retail property at 1925 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in North Las Vegas for $1.988 million. Adam Malan, Sean Margolis and Deana Marcello of Logic Commercial represented the seller, MLK Mariah Pure LLC.
• 8816 Spanish Ridge LLC purchased the 6,804 square-foot Spanish Ridge stand-alone office property at 8816 Spanish Ridge Ave. in Las Vegas for $1.15 million.
