Sales of significance

• Southern Hills Baptist Church of Las Vegas sold its 7,785-square-foot industrial building at 5840 La Costa Canyon Court. Gary Burgher of Pro Commercial Real Estate represented buyer Atinos LLC in the $769,497 deal. Virtus Commercial’s Robert Hatrak II guided the seller.

• Brokers with Colliers International completed two commercial sales in recent weeks. Tom Naseef and Jeff Naseef represented Larry Britz in the $725,000 sale of a 6,000-square-foot medical-office building at 3650 S. Eastern Ave., inside Fountain Park. The buyer was One Realco Corp. Also, Greg Pancirov and Mike DeLew represented Casio Way LLC in its $600,000 purchase of a 7,000-square-foot industrial property at 141 Cassia Way.

• JS MCA Sunset LLC purchased 56,452 square feet of industrial property in Abacus Industrial Park at 3200 &3280 W. Sunset Rd. in Las Vegas. Dan Doherty, Susan Borst, Chris Lane, and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the buyer.

• The Docs LLC leased 13,370 square feet of office space at 8352 W. Warm Springs Road. The 10-year lease is valued at $2.48 million. Lisa Hauger and Tim Behrendt of Sun Commercial Real Estate represented landlord, Capovilla Management LLC. Sandy Fink of Sandra L. Fink &Associates represented tenant.

• Just Jill LLC leased 3,408 square feet of retail space at 8060 Blue Diamond Road. Nelson Tressler and Michael Zobrist of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented landlord, Sunstone Diamond LLC, in the 66-month lease. Alexia Crowley of Avison Young represented the tenant in the $331,258 deal.

• Guaranteed Rate has leased 4,177 square feet of office space at Buffalo Professional Center, 1333 N. Buffalo Drive, Suite 170, Las Vegas. Robert S. Hatrak II of Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, Buffalo Professional Center, in the 36-month deal valued at $171,421.60. Dan Palmeri and Bob Hawkins of Cushman &Wakefield represented the tenant.

• Henderson Aikido LLC leased 1,600 square feet of retail space for 60 months at 237 N. Stephanie St, Ste D, from Roxbury Advisors, LLC. Total consideration was $117,200.00. Nelson Tressler and Michael Zobrist of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the lessor.

• Southwestco Wireless, a Verizon affiliate, leased 5,000 square feet of retail space in Town Square at 6605 S. Las Vegas Boulevard, Suite A-180, Las Vegas. The lessor is TSLV LLC/Forest City. Jeff Mitchell of Virtus Commercial represented the tenant in the 120-month deal.

• The Vitamin Shoppe leased 3,606 square feet of retail space at Siena Promenade, 10251 S. Eastern Ave., Henderson. Eric Bergerren of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the lessor, Siena II Holding LP, in the 120-month deal. Jeff Mitchell of Virtus Commercial represented the tenant.

• Acclaim Electronics LLC leased 2,882 square feet of industrial space in Valley Freeway Center Phase III at 7705 Commercial Way, Suite 155 in Henderson. Greg Pancirov and Mike DeLew of Colliers International represented the lessor, VFC III LLC.
