Sales of significance

• Piianaia LP sold a 5,567-square-foot retail building at 6515 E. Lake Mead Blvd. for $4 million. Manchester LAX LLC bought the property, which houses a 7-Eleven and a Jack in the Box. David Grant and Phillip Dunning of Colliers International represented the seller.

• TFFH Holdings LLC purchased 1.6 acres of office-industrial property at 740 N. Valle Verde Drive, inside the Green Valley Business Park, for $1.6 million. Greg Pancirov and Mike De Lew of Colliers International represented the buyer.

• Prudent Ventures LLC &VVP Olsen LLC purchased 4.7 acres of land at the northwest corner of East Gowan Road and Berg Street for $500,000. Red Rock Leasing was the seller. Ben Millis and Chris Beets of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the buyers.

• Williams General Consulting LLC purchased a 2,548 square-foot industrial property in the Center Point Business Park at 1170 Center Point Dr. in Henderson. The transaction value was $61,448.64. Renae Russo of Colliers International represented the seller, Desert Breeze Development LLC.

• Bouncy World LLC leased 17,000 square feet of retail space at 225 N. Stephanie St. Nelson Tressler and Mike Zobrist of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented landlord Roxbury Advisors LLC in its 121-month lease that is valued at $2 million. The tenant was represented by Maria Herman of Active Commercial.

• Rosati’s of Green Valley Inc., dba Rosati’s Pizza, leased 3,600 square feet of retail space at 7380 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 110. Total consideration for the 60-month lease was $270,943.34. Eric Berggren of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the lessor, Warm Springs Plaza LLC, in the transaction.

• Rincon Technology Inc. leased 35,185 square feet of industrial space in the Valley View Corporate Center at 6165 S. Valley View Blvd., Suite F &G, in Las Vegas. Spencer Pinter of Colliers International represented the lessor, Valley View IV LLC. Renae Russo of Colliers International represented the lessee.

• LoLo’s Chicken and Waffles leased 6,099 square feet of retail space in the Best in the West Shopping Center at 2040 N. Rainbow Blvd. in Las Vegas. Phillip Dunning of Colliers International represented the lessee.

• Auto Partners Inc. leased 13,487 square feet of industrial space in the Arrowhead Commerce Center at 3550 E. Post Rd., Suite 600-800, in Las Vegas. Spencer Pinter, Dan Doherty and Chris Lane of Colliers International represented the lessor, KTR LV IV LLC.

• Marquez Brothers Nevada Inc. leased 23,322 square feet of industrial space in the Arrowhead Commerce Center at 3650 E. Post Rd., Suite F &G, in Las Vegas. Spencer Pinter, Dan Doherty and Chris Lane of Colliers International represented the lessor, KTR LV IV LLC.

• Dream Cars Las Vegas leased 6,000 square feet of industrial space in the Mesa Vista Business Center at 3955 W. Mesa Vista Ave., Suite A-6, in Las Vegas. Spencer Pinter of Colliers International represented the lessor, Mesa Vista Business Center LLC.

• Joanne Kenney, dba Legend Medical, leased 3,648 square feet of office/warehouse space in the Insight AirCenter Sunset Development at 3068 E. Sunset Rd., Unit 2-3, in Las Vegas. Chris Connell and Grant Traub of Colliers International represented the lessor, GD&F Group LLC.

• Festus Ebonka, dba Ozomor Medical, leased 2,727 square feet of industrial/office property in the Pace Commerce Center at 4481 Reno Ave. in Las Vegas. Greg Pancirov, Mike De Lew and Dean Willmore of Colliers International represented the lessor, FJM Vegas Holdings, LLC.

• LV Nail Lounge leased 1,000 square feet of retail space in the Durango Springs Plaza, 8530 W. Warm Springs Road, Suite 105, Las Vegas. The 63-month deal is valued at $116,640. Robert S. Hatrak II of Virtus Commercial represented the lessors, DSP 1, LLC; DSP 2, LLC; DSP 3, LLC; and DSP 4, LLC.

Renewals

• One Nevada Credit Union renewed its lease on 2,000 square feet of retail space at 1090 W. Sunset Road. Nelson Tressler and Mike Zobrist of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented landlord, Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada, in the 69-month deal valued at $281,700.
