Sales of significance

• Brokers with Colliers International closed on several large sales.

Joseph Bonifatto represented MLCFC 2007-7 Maryland Parkway LLC in its $6.75 million sale of a 75,999-square-foot retail property at 2797 S. Maryland Parkway, inside Sunrise City Plaza. The buyer was Jahan Moslehi.

Also, Dean Willmore guided JPet Las Vegas LLC in its $2.5 million sale of a 34,560-square-foot industrial property at 4635 Andrews St. Highland Properties 1415 LLC bought the building.

Bridget Richards and Jason Lesley advised Sunstone Horizon LLC in its $715,408 sale of a 5,864-square-foot office property inside the Fairways at Highland Plaza, at 1661 Horizon Ridge Parkway. David Hauser bought the property.

Keith Cubba represented SPE GO Holdings LLC in its sale of a 160-acre golf course at Spring Hills, Tenn., to Warrior Acquisitions LLC.

• Yuchun Wang &Five Star Gold LLC leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Fort Apache Twain Shopping Center, 3635 S. Fort Apache Road, Suite 203. Troy Tobler of Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, Twin 168 LLC in the 39-month deal valued at $65,520. Frank Liu of NVWM Realty represented the tenant.

• The Flying Squirrel LLC leased 19,881 square feet of industrial space in the Arroyo South Business Center (Phase I) at 7200 S. Montessouri St., Suite 150-170. Spencer Pinter of Colliers International represented the lessor, EJM Arroyo South I Property LLC.

• TCS John Huxley America Inc. leased 16,288 square feet of industrial space in the Patrick Commerce Center at 6171 McLeod Drive, Suite K-M. Dan Doherty, Spencer Pinter, Susan Borst, Chris Lane and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the lessor, BKM Patrick 102 LLC.

• Patrick’s Signs LLC leased 13,500 square feet of industrial unit and a 5,000-square-foot yard in Jonathan Park at 3311 Meade Ave., Suite C. Dean Willmore of Colliers International represented the lessor, Jonathan Park LLC.

• Cycle Gear Inc. leased 5,480 square feet of industrial space in the Arrowhead Commerce Center at 6280 S. Pearl St., Suites 100 and 200. Spencer Pinter, Dan Doherty and Chris Lane of Colliers International represented the lessor, Prologis.

• McKesson Medical-Surgical Inc. leased 5,000 square feet of industrial property in the Arrowhead Commerce Center at 6295 S. Pearl St., Suite 700. Spencer Pinter, Dan Doherty and Chris Lane of Colliers International represented the lessor, Prologis.

• Preferred Mortgage Services Inc. leased 2,670 square feet of office space in Anthem Executive at 11500 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 200, in Henderson. Taber Thill and Ryan Martin of Colliers International represented the lessee.

• Diversified Demo leased 7,540 square feet of industrial space at 4555 W. Reno Ave. Eric Molfetta of Colliers International represented the lessee and the lessor, Mom LLC.
