top transactions

Industrial brokers with Colliers International sealed two large sales in recent weeks.

Greg Pancirov and Mike De Lew represented Craig Road LLC in its $5.25 million purchase of 5.37 acres at 1841 E. Craig Road. Records with the Clark County Assessor show that the buyer shares an address with big industrial builder Panattoni Development Co.

The seller was Tower Distribution Center LLC.

Pancirov and DeLew also represented McBeath Holdings LLC Series “OO” in its $925,000 purchase of a 3,612-square-foot property at 3225 E. Post Road. Christopher LoBello represented the seller, NFP Blunt LLC.

· MDL Group brokers also wrapped up some large industrial deals.

Jarrad Katz and Galit Kimerling represented HVAC business No Sweat Mechanical LLC in the $415,000 purchase of a 5,400-square-foot warehouse at 410 Mark Leany Drive. Jack Holler Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, M&R Leasing LLC.

Also, James Griffis represented tenant Pacific Parts Warehouse, an auto-parts distributor, in its 63-month lease of 8,642 square feet of space in the Arrowhead Commerce Center at 3595 E. Patrick Lane. Spencer Pinter of Colliers International represented the landlord, KTR LVIV LLC, in the $310,636 deal.

· MVP Trans Inc., a trucking company, has leased 9,837 square feet of office/warehouse space at 3828 Civic Center, Suite 115, North Las Vegas. Jarrad Katz and Galit Kimerling of MDL Group represented the landlord, Civic Center Properties LLC in the 36-month deal valued at $144,980. The tenant was represented by Ron Mendicino of Mendicino Commercial Realty Inc.

· I.P. Services LLC leased 7,592 square feet of industrial space at 6845 Speedway Blvd., Suite K-101 in Las Vegas. Greg Pancirov and Mike DeLew of Colliers International represented the lessee.

· Delta Auto Care LLC leased 4,500 square feet of space at 6658 Boulder Highway, Suite 1 &2, Las Vegas. Marty Martell of MDL Group represented the tenant in the 60-month deal valued at $172,800. The landlord, El Vuelo LP, was represented by Joe Spoletini of RE/MAX Commercial Sky Msa.
