HENDERSON MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING SELLS FOR $2.35M
CBRE announced the $2.35 million sale of a 13,194-square-foot medical office building at 2598 Windmill Parkway in Henderson to an undisclosed buyer.
Tyler Ecklund, James Griffis, Doug Mack, Justin Witt and Tanner Peterson with CBRE represented the seller, Method Art Corp.
Built in 1998, the single-story building features 19 wet exam rooms, 18 dry exam rooms, two nurse stations, waiting area, break area, conference rooms, lab area and administrative offices. The property can be demised into two units.
Located on 1.34 acres at the corner of North Pecos Road and Windmill Parkway, the property is near Henderson’s expanding medical corridor, anchored by St. Rose Hospital Siena Campus. The building sits approximately 1.25 miles from the 215 Beltway, connecting the two main residential submarkets in the Las Vegas Valley, Henderson and Summerlin.
MOUNTAIN WEST INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDS TENANTS
Colliers Las Vegas’ Willmore Industrial Team announced it is representing longtime Las Vegas developer Miltson Consulting on leasing opportunities for one of the valley’s newest industrial development Mountain West Industrial Park, a $32-million complex in the southwest valley at 7210 West Post Road. Three new tenants have signed leases for space. They include:
— A lease to Nevada Rhythmic Gymnastics for 7,150 square feet of space. The business is owned by Olympic medalist Maia Tabakova. The total value of the transaction was $430,000.
— A lease to Pick-Up USA Fitness for 14,300 square feet. The business is owned by Nicole and Matt Silva. The total value of the transaction was $1.7 million.
— A lease to Prime Time Batting Cages for 7,150 square feet. The business is owned by Jeff Lyons. The total value of the transaction was $400,000.
Colliers Willmore Industrial Team oversees marketing and leasing efforts for Mountain West Industrial Park, located at the northeast corner of South Tenaya Way and West Post Road, just north of the 215 Beltway and about nine miles west of McCarran International Airport.
