* Doug and/or Regan Gubler bought the 33,162 square-foot (approximately 3.08 acre) retail center at 11041 S. Eastern Ave in Henderson for $7.5 million. Tom Naseef and Jeff Naseef of Colliers International represented the seller, Maryland and Eastern 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 LLC. Mike DeLew and Greg Pancirov, also of Colliers International, represented the buyer.
* 3G LLC has bought a 4,000 square-foot tavern at 2795 W. Lake Mead Blvd. in North Las Vegas for $2 million. Charles Connors of Colliers International represented the seller, Heinrich J Aberle.
* Homebuilder DR Horton has bought 10-acre parcel of vacant land at Hualapai Way and Azure Drive in Las Vegas for $1.675 million. Charles Connors of Colliers International represented the seller, Johnathan and Julie Bloom.

* The L.D. Kichler Co. leased 82,190 square feet of industrial space at 4900 Engineers Way, Suite 106, from Golden Triangle Industrial Park LLC. The 36-month deal is valued at $1,175,085.
