Sales of significance

• TruAmerica Multifamily purchased the 420-unit Montego Bay apartment community at 1050 Whitney Ranch Drive in Henderson for $51.1 million from Montego Bay Apartments SPE LLC.

• American Heritage Academy purchased the 155,476 square foot Club Sport Green Valley property at 2100 Olympic Ave. in Henderson for $6.5 million. Charles Moore, Marlene Fujita-Winkel and M. Laura Hart of CBRE represented the seller, LSI-Nevada LLC.

• CWRP HR MOB Henderson LLC purchased the 18,000 square-foot Desert Radiology Medical Building office property at 2811 W. Horizon Ridge Pkwy. in Henderson for $6.375 million. Stacy Scheer, Tom Naseef and Jeff Naseef of Colliers International represented the seller, Palomino Holdings-Henderson.
