Cornerstone Capital has purchased the 148,791-square-foot Crossroads Towne Center for $52 million. The sale by Eagle Crossroads Center 2 LLC includes all of the center’s retail space except for the Wal-Mart, which is owner-occupied.
Jeff Mitchell and Chris Emanuel of Virtus Commercial and Michael Hackett, Vic Russell and Ryan Schubert of DTZ represented the seller. The property is located at 6436-6592 N. Decatur Blvd., North Las Vegas.
Apartment complex brings $23.05 million
The 316-unit Mayan Plaza apartment complex at 1700 Alta Drive has been sold for $23.05 million. FF Realty II LLC was the buyer; 1700 Alta LLC was the seller. Devin Lee, Patrick Sauter and Art Carli of NAI Vegas represented the buyer in the transaction. The sale price represents $72,943 per unit in the gated community.

■ Middlefork Holdings LLC purchased the 23,272 square-foot industrial property at 5845, 5865 and 5885 Valley View Blvd. in Las Vegas. The transaction amount was $2.5 million. ■ 4741 Charleston Acquisition LLC sold 4,600 square feet of retail space at 4741 E. Charleston Blvd, to H &J Goldman Properties, LLC. Total consideration was $662,644. Ben Millis and Chris Beets of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the seller in the transaction.
