Patrick Airport Center sold for $5.1 million

Harsch Investment Properties purchased the 57,838-square-foot Patrick Airport Center at 2900 Patrick Lane in Las Vegas for $5.1 million. The business park occupies approximately 4.24 acres on the edge of McCarran International Airport.

“There are 10 commercial tenants at Patrick Airport Center, including a boxing gym, a dog training business, casino gaming supplier, a fire and burglar alarm specialist, an electrical contractor and a print shop,” said John Ramous, Harsch senior vice president and Las Vegas regional manager.

Harsch Investment Properties owns and operates more than 8 million square feet of industrial and retail properties in the metropolitan area, from shopping centers in Henderson to the city’s largest industrial center, Speedway Commerce Center. Harsch has completed nine industrial acquisitions in the past 12 months, bringing its total companywide portfolio to 23 million square feet of diversified property.

• JARM One LLC purchased 21,003 square feet of retail space in North Ranch Plaza at 4921 W. Craig Road in Las Vegas for $2.75 million. Tina D. Taylor and Candace Carrell of Marcus &Millichap represented the seller, Professional Properties of Las Vegas LLC.

• Lambeau LLC purchased 2.42 acres of vacant land on North Lamb Boulevard in Las Vegas $390,000. Ben Millis and Chris Beets of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the buyer. Mark Anthony Rua of Realty Executives of Nevada represented the seller, Lamb Blvd. &Las Vegas LLC.
