DND Holdings LLC has purchased an 11-acre industrial site on the northwest corner of Clayton Street and Evans Avenue in North Las Vegas from VFC III North LV Land LLC. The sale price was $1.4 million. Shawn Barashy of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties represented the buyer.
Ivan Serna has purchased two Las Vegas office properties at 919 E. Tropicana Ave. and 4933 Shirley St. The value of the deal was $550,000. Shawn Barashy of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties represented the seller, Adam Warren.

Vargas Ironworks leased a 5,120-square-foot industrial building at 1921 Losee Road in North Las Vegas. The value of the lease was $72,000. Shawn Barashy of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties represented the lessor, EZP Properties LLC.
