Three buildings sold; busy week in leases

Sales of significance

• Eric Larkin of NAI Vegas negotiated two recent building sales.

Larkin represented 1909 LLC in its $1.3 million purchase of a 17,390-square-foot office building at 1909 S. Jones Blvd. The seller was C.Y. Tom Jr.

Larkin also advised JJS LLC in its $705,000 sale of a 7,150-square-foot industrial property on 1.17 acres at 4280 N. Pecos Road. The buyer wasn’t disclosed and the Clark County Assessor hadn’t recorded the name of the buyer online at press time.

• W & W Properties LLC purchased the 0.54-acre, 7,040 square-foot office property at 6757 Spencer St. in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $944,000. Pat Marsh of Colliers International represented the seller, Building D Associates LLC. Taber Thill, Ryan Martin and Patti Dillon of Colliers International represented the buyer.

• BMB Paint Coating LLC leased 40,334 square feet of industrial space at 6775 Speedway Dr., Units 106-107, in North Las Vegas. Eric J. Larkin of NAI Vegas represented the tenant; Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord Harsh Investment Properties.

 

• EBF Holdings LLC leased 11,605 square feet of office space in Flamingo Grand Plaza at 1050 E. Flamingo Rd, Suite E-120, in Las Vegas. Chris Connell and Grant Traub of Colliers International represented the lessor, FKC Flamingo LLC.

 

• National Health Care Access Agency Inc. leased 6,300 square feet of office property in The Park at Warm Springs at 139 Warm Springs Rd. in Las Vegas. Dean Willmore of Colliers International represented the lessor, Foundation Executive Suites LLC.

 

• Orkin LLC leased 7,076 square feet of industrial space in Decatur Crossing II at 6450 Cameron St, Suite 100/101, in Las Vegas. Greg Pancirov and Mike DeLew of Colliers International represented the lessor, York Decatur Crossing, LLC.
