Sales of significance

• Charleston Festival Retail LLC purchased the 55,583-square-foot shopping center at 6250-6350 W. Charleston Blvd. for $13.86 million. Tim Behrendt and Lisa Hauger of Sun Commercial represented the buyer. Chris Clifford and Sean Margulis of The Equity Group represented seller RPM Investments.

• David Grant, Grant Traub and Chris Connell of Colliers International represented Clark County Credit Union in its $2.47 million sale of a 34,282-square-foot retail property with a 10,500-square-foot self-storage facility at 3940 N. Martin Luther King Blvd. The buyer was Alexander Square LLC.

• Praktyk LLC purchased a 24,658-square-foot industrial building at 3840 N. Commerce St. Cathy Jones, Paul Miachika, Jessica Cegavske, Roy Fritz and Riley Foley of Sun Commercial represented the buyer. Susan Borst of Colliers International represented seller LVPC Commerce LLC.

• Madison Palms Limited Partnership purchased 4.93 acres of land at 3150 W. Ann Road in North Las Vegas. Mike Mixer and Eric Tumbleson of Colliers International represented the seller, Madison Square LLC.

• Malcai Interstate Properties LLC purchased the 14,550 square-foot retail property at 132 E. Broadway Blvd. in Jefferson City, Tenn. The transaction value was $6,400,000. Phillip Dunning of Colliers International represented the buyer.
