Reno-based Truckee Gaming LLC has pleased announced it has completed the acquisition of three casinos and additional land owned by Pioneer Crossing Casinos LLC. The casinos are the Pioneer Crossing in Dayton; Pioneer Crossing in Fernley; and the Pioneer Crossing in Yerington. Truckee Gaming received Nevada gaming commission approval and closed on the acquisition on Dec. 21.

“The acquisition allows us to continue our focus on providing exceptional value and service to our patrons in the rapidly growing Northern Nevada market. We look forward to continuing the growth of our platform and welcoming the hardworking employees at the Pioneer properties to our team,” stated Ferenc Szony, CEO of Trucking Gaming LLC.

Truckee Gaming obtained financing from Mutual of Omaha Bank and Global Leveraged Capital Investment Advisors LLC to support additional growth and working capital.”

COMPLETED SALE TRANSACTIONS

• Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of The Enclaves, a 53-unit, multifamily property at 8455 W. Sahara Ave. The asset sold for $6,160,000. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by first vice president investments Michael LaBar and first vice president investments Michael Shaffner, of Marcus & Millichap’s Las Vegas office.

• Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of a two former Wendy’s buildings. The 2,200-square-foot, net-leased property at 7355 S. Eastern Ave. was sold for $2,820,000. The second sale was a 2,515-square-foot, net-leased property at 9385 S. Eastern Ave. that was purchased for $2,530,000.

Dustin R. Alvino, first vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Las Vegas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The building is at 7355 S Eastern Ave. The buyers in both transactions were not disclosed.

• A sale to 3D Investments. The 191-unit multifamily property, Skyline Parc Apartments at 3675 Cambridge St. The transaction value was $11,000,000. Thomas Olivetti of Colliers International represented the buyer and the seller, Alpha Wave Investors.

• A sale to SDDB Holdings LLC. The approximately 26,133 square-foot industrial property is in Gibson Wigwam Business Center at 50 N. Gibson Road in Henderson. The transaction value was $3,900,000.
