Savannah McBride

▶ Company: Trosper Communications LLC

▶ What do you REALLY do? In a nutshell, I ensure my clients get attention … attention that is positive and beneficial to them, as well as the community.

▶ What’s the best part of your job: I enjoy planning events and earning positive client coverage. There is nothing better than hearing your client call your event a “home run” and the gratification that comes with successful media coverage.

▶ What accomplishment in the past year are you most proud of: Professionally, earning a top five finalist spot on a “Good Morning America” contest for a client … Trosper’s first huge national PR hit. Personally, creating the Busy Girls Eat Clean E-Cookbook with my best friend. It started as a hobby and turned into a product, so an exciting venture.

▶ Where’s the best place to network: Professional mixers.

▶ Facebook or LinkedIn: Both.

▶ Favorite off-work activity: Running, wining and brunching.

▶ What’s your favorite professional association, community or charitable involvement: Being on the board of directors for S.A.F.E. House, a nonprofit that assists victims of domestic violence. It is an exceptional organization and I am grateful to work with such a talented, dedicated group of people.

▶ What do you drive: Jeep Liberty.

▶ Beer or wine: Wine.

▶ What do you want to be doing in 2025: I am passionate about the field of public relations, so I hope to be a leader in this industry with a list of long-standing, loyal clients and a solid reputation as a PR expert.

▶ What’s the best advice you’ve received: “Stop wishing, start doing.”

▶ How do you define success: I define success in value. Whether that be the value I place in my work, the value my clients’ place in my services, the value media representatives place in our relationship … the list goes on. With great value comes the security of success.
