The rapid expansion of HealthCare Partners Medical Group continues with the acquisition of Community Family Doctors, a primary care provider on in northwest Las Vegas.
Community Family Doctors became part of the HealthCare Partners division of DaVita HealthCare Partners (NYSE:DVA), effective Dec. 1.
“HealthCare Partners Medical Group welcomes Dr. Girish Daulat from CFD into our leading medical organization,” said Dr. H. Bard Coats, market president of HealthCare Partners Medical Group. “CFD offers highly regarded internal medicine experts who will complement our team’s commitment to providing improved access to high-quality health care. We look forward to working with such a high-quality practice as we expand our network of providers in Southern Nevada.”
Dr. Daulat has been a practicing internist serving Las Vegas for more than 20 years, founding CFD in 1993. Patients will continue to have access to Dr. Daulat at the organization’s clinic located at 4500 West Oakey Blvd., however it will now be named HealthCare Partners Medical Group, the South Decatur location.
“My staff and I are pleased to join forces with the great team at HealthCare Partners,” said Dr. Daulat with CFD. “We will continue to provide the highest quality care and serve the needs of patients in our community.”
As a result of this acquisition, HealthCare Partners Medical Group offers approximately 310 primary care providers and more than 1,700 specialists in 100 primary care locations throughout Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Pahrump, Boulder City and Mesquite.
